FX-Series Flux Ovens
Flux ovens are deigned for drying and dry storage of welding fluxes. Weldovens markets two models, the FX-440 and the FX-550. The FX-440 has a capacity of 440 pounds of flux and the FX-550 has a capacity of 550 pounds of flux. The ovens are controlled thermostatically with a temperature range from 120° to 570° Fahrenheit.
Main Features
- Built-in temperature regulator permits free temperature setting up to 570° Fahrenheit.
- Manually adjustable thermostat ensures inside temperature maintenance and regulation.
- Use of special tubular heater allows less watt-density or less power consumption per unit space as well as higher thermal efficiency, thus reducing operating cost.
- Pre-eminent in keeping temperature due to double wall and high quality special insulation material.
- Units use hot air circulation through specially ventilated tubes thus preventing overheating of flux typically caused by the flux coming in direct contact with traditional heating elements.
